- LAB-Levan is a pre-Probiotics (Korean Patent: 10-2024-0002578) produced by Streptococcus salivary fermentation of microbiome lactobacillus jointly developed by the Korea Institute of Biotechnology and EcoBio Co., Ltd.
- Levan is a water-soluble dietary fiber that is also contained in the sticky ingredients of cheonggukjang as a polysaccharide necessary for plants such as barley, rye, oats, pasture, and garlic and various microorganisms to maintain their vitality.
- Levan is a natural substance with various functions such as promoting the growth of Bifidus lactobacillus, promoting mineral absorption, intestinal effects, lowering cholesterol absorption, enhancing immunity, anticancer effects, and moisturizing effects.
